As the title says, motivation is always good. Right ?
I feel its like a dose of medicine that one should take at regular intervals for increasing work efficiency. In today’s world the WORK of developers is “Thinking innovative ideas for new applications” rather than “coding ” !
So here is the dose for this time - old, but have it, you will feel good !

I was day before yesterday in Agile Finland evening seminar, listening to Jeff Sutherland, Scrum guru. He said innovation rises up from from chaos, conflict and constraint. Must have personal motivation, too
